Ultimate Toning and Strength Program

Your training programs will be customized to YOU. They’ll be built based on your experience, abilities, schedule, equipment, etc.


Typically a strength training program will consist of 3-6 workouts per week that will be repeated weekly for a period of 4-8 weeks. This is always dependent on the individual and their goal.

 

When it comes to strength training workouts, repetition is important. Cardio is not the main focus of a solid training program, but will play a role to some degree.

Full Access Accountability System

Always be honest with your coach (ME!). We have the same goal here. Don’t hesitate to tell me if you have a glass of wine (or the bottle), or you ate your kid’s entire birthday cake and now you’re feeling down. I’m not here to judge you; I’m here to support you. When it comes to the ups and downs of a fitness journey, I’ve been there!


Be sure to share your goals with those around you, especially closest to you. These people will better understand and support you if you communicate with them the importance of this journey for you.
